New employees at Outokummun Metalli
We are delighted to introduce the latest additions to the team at Outokummun Metalli: production engineer Mikko Parviainen and quality manager Janne Jääskeläinen joined the Group in the autumn of 2019.
Mikko Parviainen started working as a production engineer in October, with the Vahva grapples as his main area of responsibility. In his job, Mikko is in charge of the technical product support for the Vahva grapples within the Group. This job requires an active approach towards development and a vision of continuous improvement for the production. Mikko is well-prepared for this role thanks to his previous work in development, site management and design. Mikko previously worked at Juhta Oy.
Janne Jääskeläinen joined the Outokummun Metalli Group as the Quality & OHS Manager in October. Janne’s responsibilities include developing the quality of production and after-sales services, both at Outokummun Metalli’s factory and at its subsidiary, Koneosapalvelu. For example, this job entails internal and supplier audits, quality measurement and warranty issues. Janne is also responsible for the Group’s occupational safety and health activities. Janne is experienced with the quality development of harvester heads, as he previously worked at Waratah OM Oy as a quality engineer for nearly 5 years. He has also worked at John Deere Forestry and Perlos.
We warmly welcome Mikko and Janne to our top team of metal industry professionals!
