Investment program has been completed
Our investment program for 2022-2023 has been successfully concluded! In the final phase, a new DNS HM 1250 machining center with Fanuc 31MiB Plus-iHMI control was installed in our factory. The installation of the machine took weeks, but you can see it in 30 seconds in the accompanying video. With the completion of the newest machining center, we now have six horizontal machining centers with a total of 32 pallets at our disposal.
We implemented investments in manufacturing methods, product quality, and production capacity totaling approximately 4.5 million euros over a period of just over two years. In the first phase of the investment program, we acquired a 3D scanner and a robotic welding station. In the second phase, the factory hall was expanded by 1080 m², and after the completion of the expansion in the spring of 2023, we renewed the assembly line for harvester heads. The final phase, the new machining center, was completed in December 2023, providing a solid foundation for high-quality contract manufacturing of forestry equipment in the coming year.
Through these investments, we address evolving customer needs and improve product quality, operational efficiency, and occupational safety. And, of course, the development does not stop here. In the coming year, we will particularly focus on sustainability efforts, such as participating in the Central Chamber of Commerce’s climate program and initiating actions aimed at obtaining environmental and occupational safety certifications.
Upon the completion of the investment program, we express warm thanks to all the collaborative partners involved in construction, machinery, and equipment deliveries, which included dozens of participants in the projects. Our own staff has also done tremendous work by planning and implementing the investments alongside normal production operations – sincere thanks for that!
We wish everyone success in the coming year.
